Agri Admin Services (ABN: 14878208638) operates the EPA Record Keeping web application at app.agri-admin.au. We provide this app to help NSW farmers maintain chemical and medication records required by EPA regulations. For privacy enquiries, contact agriadmi@gmail.com.

 

2. Information We Collect

When you subscribe and use the app, we collect:

• Name and email address (required for subscription verification)

• Property address (used to pre-populate compliance records)

• Chemical and medication usage records you enter into the app

• Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

• Photos of chemical labels you upload for AI reading (processed and not retained after analysis)

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Verify your active subscription and grant access to the app

• Pre-populate your farm details in compliance records

• Process subscription payments via Stripe

• Send account-related emails (welcome, renewal reminders, expiry notices)

• Improve the app based on general usage patterns

 

4. Data Storage

Your farm records are stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage. They are not uploaded to or stored on our servers unless you explicitly export them. Subscription verification data is processed via our Wix backend (agri-admin.au).

 

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy: stripe.com/au/privacy)

• Wix — website and subscription management backend

• Anthropic Claude AI — label reading functionality (images are sent to Anthropic's API for analysis and are not retained)

• Netlify — app hosting

 

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information as necessary to provide the service (e.g., email to Stripe for payment processing) or as required by law.

 

7. Data Retention

Farm records stored on your device remain until you clear your browser data or uninstall the app. Subscription records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years as required by Australian business record-keeping obligations.

 

8. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at agriadmi@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

 

9. Cookies and Local Storage

The app uses browser local storage to save your farm records and subscription cache for offline use. It does not use tracking cookies.

 

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use of the app after notification constitutes acceptance.
