1. Agreement

By subscribing to or using EPA Record Keeping App ("the App"), operated by Agri Admin Services (ABN: 14878208638), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

2. Service Description

EPA Record Keeping App is a Progressive Web Application that assists farmers in recording chemical and medication usage for EPA compliance purposes. The App is provided as a record-keeping tool only.

 

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription is $4.50 AUD per month, billed monthly via Stripe

• Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service

• Subscriptions are ongoing until cancelled

• You may cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• No refunds are provided for partial months

 

4. Beta Period

Beta users accessing the App with a promotional coupon code receive free access for the duration of the beta period as communicated at signup. We reserve the right to end the beta period and require a paid subscription with reasonable notice.

 

5. Access and Accounts

• Access is granted per email address registered at subscription

• You are responsible for keeping your subscription email secure

• Sharing account access with others is not permitted

• We reserve the right to suspend access for breach of these Terms

 

6. Disclaimer — Compliance Responsibility

IMPORTANT: EPA Record Keeping App is a record-keeping tool to assist with EPA compliance. It does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your farm operations comply with all applicable NSW EPA regulations, chemical label directions, and relevant legislation. We make no warranty that use of the App constitutes or guarantees regulatory compliance.

 

7. Accuracy of Information

The AI label reading and chemical database features are provided as a convenience. You must verify all dosage calculations, withholding periods, and chemical information against the official product label before use. Do not rely solely on App-generated data for livestock health or chemical application decisions.

 

8. Data and Offline Use

Farm records are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, browser cache clearing, or app uninstallation. We recommend regularly exporting your records using the App's CSV export function.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the App, including software, design, and content, is owned by Agri Admin Services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own farm record-keeping purposes only.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Agri Admin Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to any claim.

 

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or pricing with 30 days notice to subscribers by email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
